Coaching people to obtain their dreams, goals and objectives and enhance their future is what I do.
I have coached families to purchase their very first home. Many of them had rented and wished for home ownership but had no idea how to make that dream come true. Some had credit issues and needed some support and guidance to work through those issues. Most needed someone to help and encourage them through the process and celebrate with them when it was achieved.
I have been in different positions and levels of the Human Resources profession. During this profession, I often coached employees who wanted to obtain the next step in their careers. I helped them to realize their attributes, understand their areas of opportunity, and directed them toward the methods to obtain that next step.
Then it was my turn to go a different pathway. One in which I would be able to work toward financial independence for myself and my family. I became a Career Ownership Coach with The Entrepreneur Source. Just like many of you, I was fearful of leaving the safe haven of a profession of many years. I was ready for a change from the Corporate structure, but didn’t know what the business opportunities were or how to make ownership a reality. As I looked back at my career, I realized that it was my motivation, abilities and competitive nature that helped me to be successful. I conquered the fear and jumped in with both feet. My Career Ownership Coach and the wonderful staff at The Entrepreneur Source helped me to understand my abilities, interests and my opportunities and led and supported me through the path of business ownership.

Teri Smith and her husband, Eric, live on Lake Keystone, outside of Tulsa, Oklahoma. They have three beautiful daughters and four grandchildren and love to play in the water with all of them. Teri spends her dedicated free time with family, enjoying lake sports and fishing, playing the piano and remodeling her home.
